Policies

Payment Methods

For orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We accept purhase orders as well. We must receive a signed copy of the purchase order, via fax or through the mail, before your order will be processed. 

Shipping Methods

Your order can be shipped via UPS (Ground, Second-Day, or Overnight service). Please allow 3 business days for second-day delivery and 2 business days for overnight delivery of in stock merchandise. Backorders will ship as the item becomes available. UPS ground orders for in stock merchandise generally ship within one day of the order date.

If you wish to change your shipping method you may do so before completing your order. Either return to the shopping cart to go through the checkout process again using a different shipping method, or use your back button on your web browser to return to the shipping screen, change your shipping method, then click contine at the bottom of the screen to continue checking out.

Sales Tax & Shipping Rates

We currently collect sales tax for orders shipped within Colorado. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the subtotal and on shipping charges.

 Please provide a street address when ordering. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Orders shipped outside the Continental USA will ship via UPS and billed for this service, unless otherwise specified. Books should be received within 8-10 business days from the receipt of your order for items in stock. If you must have a book sent by express, please call for details. Though we do our best to estimate these charges for backordered items, they are subject to change—especially on those items not yet published.

Backorder Items       

Items on backorder will ship within one day of receiving merchandise in warehouse.

A request to return merchandise must be received via email within 30 days from invoice date. You will be provided with a return authorization number via email. All returned products must be in print, unused, and in saleable condition. CD-ROM products must be unopened to be accepted for return.

Shortages, Damages, & Canceling

Claims regarding shortages, or damaged or defective materials must be made within 14 days of receipt. Non receipt of an order must be reported within 120 days of invoice date. You may cancel a recently placed on line order, however most orders are shipped within one day and we may be unable to cancel your order. Freight will not be refunded on canceled orders.
